A passionate avocational paleontologist with well over a decade of firsthand experience collecting and studying fossils, actively working toward a career as a professional. Love for science education stems from a desire to share knowledge and inspire the next generation, manifesting in interactive fossil talks and displays in science centers, libraries and classroom settings. Field experiences in the fossil rich lands of the American West, especially within the Hell Creek Formation of Montana, have included highlights such as prospecting a previously unexplored ranch, sampling its microsite localities (May, 2023), along with assisting in the excavation, jacketing and removal of a Triceratops skull (June, 2022). A B.A. in Geology, with a minor in Studio Arts are nearing completion at Allegheny College, with graduation scheduled for May 11, 2024.

  • Inaugural student researcher chosen for the Paleontology in the Parks Fellowship, a collaborative project between the National Parks Service and Paleontological Society. Compiled data on coastal fossil resources in NPS administered properties.
