I wrote computer programs for CNC lasers

( Trumpf and Amada ), plasmas, and punch presses.

It was my responsibility to make sure all the machines had enough work to run 24 hours a day. While at the same time being in communication with all the other departments, to make sure all the work orders are programmed by their due date.

I also used Pro E/ Creo to design new parts or make revisions to existing parts.

• Reduced material waste by optimizing cutting patterns in the programming software.
• Managed inventory levels of raw materials, ensuring availability for ongoing production needs without delay.
• Maintained a safe working environment by following proper safety protocols and guidelines for CNC laser operation.
