Additional Information

I've only worked in the real estate business for over a year now, and I have become very knowledgeable/experienced in affordable housing procedures/policies/documentation, and regular market rate rental housing procedures/policies/documentation, since I work for a dual-subsidized housing property. Have made tremendous improvements in our properties business documentation organization/development/reputation. Been honored to give families in need of affordable housing, a place that feels like home to them. I came into this opportunity and type of business with no prior experience or knowledge of any policies or procedures of the business. Now I have become very knowledgeable, reliable, and informative in the business. Still learning new skills and information everyday with online courses provided within the company with completion certificates, and very eager to branch out and network with new opportunities, events, and meeting new people in the business.

If you are reading this and have any new opportunities, networking events, and contacts that are looking for someone like myself, please feel free to reach out via email or phone. Thank you!
