■ Conducted and/or coordinated assessments of clients to include behavioral observations and a detailed computer assessment.
■ Develop IEP/educational goals for each client with the agency or education based program to include referrals to appropriate community agencies for improvement of identified barriers to goals.
■ Referred clients to the most appropriate work activity or training and educational programs such as a job interview, job training seminars, or continuing education programs.
■ Penalized and terminated clients from the program that failed to report or comply with program requirements.
■ Maintains documentation according to established policies and procedures throughout the client’s participation in the Choices and Project RIO Programs.
