My job Involved filing Paper work and interacting with the public mostly interacting with the public. I have learned skills in de-escalation techniques I have solved situations where someone was clearly upset and was able to find a solution to their problem on my own using words

I have received CPR training while being a cadet and also gained an understanding on how to deal and interact with civilians .

I worked to get customers their specific paint color and also helped customers out in what items they specifically need for their projects I also reported on products on what we need and how much we sold in the paint department.

I was considered a hard worker by my co workers and always took shifts I can take so I wouldn't let my team down.
