Was involved in the process of converting the town of morenci from overhead power to underground distrobution.

Was placed in charge of large scale overhead construction jobs with a large amount of people involved (operators,apprentices,repairmen,journeymen, and contractors.)

Learned the operations involved in linework through hands on training and and in class training 2 days a week for 3 years.
