I started with this company due to moving homes. We build stone walls, grade and clear land, concrete work and much more. My responsibilities were to take and unload equipment, set up for the job, clear the land and set it. Sometimes pour concrete and all else that was involved with this job.

• Welded in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions.
• Clamped, held, tack-welded, heat-bent and bolted component parts to achieve required configurations and positions.
• Fabricated shop parts directly from blueprints.
• Operated hoists, cranes and power tools to dismantle equipment to find and remove defective parts.
• Prepared welding equipment to perform advanced welding work.
• Chipped off excess weld, slag and spatter using hand tools.
• Minimized warping using good fitting, burning and welding techniques.
• Set up and operated shielded metal arc and gas metal arc welding equipment.

We built big water tanks for water systems, and also worked on machines and fabrication.

I worked on the road as a welder for them as well as working in the shop. We set up air duct systems in companies, set up cyclones and filters, etc... It was mainly making pipe.
