I bring valuable customer service experience through roles that required communication, patience, and creating positive experiences for others. Through my internship at an orthodontic office and occupation at Flying Squirrel, I gained experience in patient outreach, helping ensure satisfaction by communicating with patients/customers, and contributing to a welcoming and supportive environment in both circumstances. These experiences strengthened my interpersonal skills and professionalism. I am also highly motivated to grow and learn in new environments, adapt quickly to new responsibilities, and contribute positively to a team while providing excellent service to customers.
