I have been in business for 3.5 years dating back to July 1st 2021. In a service based industry - I provide home improvement & remodeling services primarily in mid Michigan, spanning as far as Detroit & Ann Arbor. Primarily focused around carpentery and landscaping additions, remodels, guidance and planning. Working closely with home owners, real estate investors & building companies, as well as bridging relations between suppliers, contractors & surveyors/inspectors to myself as well as the customer.

I commonly work with Adobe and Microsoft Excel software to design & or supply companies, home owners and assisting companies with project infrastcuture planning and logistic explanation. Helping not only myself but everyone involved get from point A-B-C & finally Z to accomplish their home remodeling, or repair projects. I have used this business as a template to educate myself in the required knowledge to own and manage a business. As well as learning valuable customer service skills and good old fashioned hard work, as well as discpline.

Not only have I gained an immense level of knowledge in building, landscaping, property management, property code & development, customer service and sales, property values and office computer skills like design software, spreadsheets templates, ADOBE software emailing and ergonomic smartphone operation & finally accounting and budgeting - I have learned a lifetime in wealth of experience - on my journey as a student and diplomat to the hard working path of a free American.

I am proud to say from day one I have manned and created every single project either myself or as the direct commander of operations everywhere I've been. Being the one to knock on doors and say hello, to shake hands at the end and go to the bank. Not to mention all of the hard work, sweat and muscle that is ALWAYS REQUIRED in between to get the job done.

• Leading a small crew of outdoor employee's similar to my role, directing them to be where I could not
