I currently work as a Covid 19 tester. I service those who were exposed to the virus and have symptoms, those who were exposed and are asymptomatic, and those who need a test to meet travel or work requirements. I test between 25-50 patients per shift. I instruct patients on how to properly swab the nostrils and then I collect and test the samples through Lumia testing machines. Results are documented and released to the oversight NP. Patients with complaints of chest pain, difficulty breathing or those requesting a more in depth assessment where directed to the NP inside CVS Minute Clinic. My other responsibilities include, following CDC Covid 19 guidelines, providing patients with Covid 19 fact sheets, and maintaining a safe and disinfected environment.

Travel nursing assignment at Jennersville Hospital in West Grove PA. I fulfilled a 13 week full time assignment which included perioperative nursing duties of pre op patient checklist and surgical preparedness checklist confirmation. I circulated General, Endo, Urology, Ortho and GI procedures. I was offered a full time position as well as an extension to my contract but unfortunately this community hospital closed its doors.

Circulated cases ranging from GYN, General, Podiatry and Orthopedic.

Circulating RN and fill in charge duties at the ASC (Ambulatory out-patient surgery center) for General, Gyn, Urology, Plastics and Reconstruction, Podiatry, ENT.

Circulating nurse for the main OR for surgeries in General, Vascular, ENT Plastics & Reconstruction, GYN, Urology and some Orthopedics. Performed on call duties when needed.

Circulating nurse to various surgery facilities performing duties in General, Plastic and Reconstruction, Podiatry, GYN and Urology.

Learned to Circulate and Scrub at UCLA training program. Identified patients and confirmed proper surgical consent forms. Monitored and coordinated activities within the operating room. Managed patient care. Prepared for and assisted in various surgical procedures by using sterile technique.

Assisted physician with hair transplants and male pattern reduction surgeries. Trained and oriented new nursing personnel. Started Iv's and administered conscious sedation. Injected local anesthesia. Monitored patient vital signs. Applied post op dressings.

Admitted and discharged patients on a 31 bed Telemetry unit. Formulated and updated nursing care plans. Assessed, monitored, and charted daily treatments of patients. Started IV's and administered medications.

Admitted and discharged patients, attended to their care, comfort and hygiene needs. Assisted, monitored and charted care for 4-5 patients a day. Assured proper dosage and administration of patient medications. Monitored IVs and IV sites, called on Physicians to advise of changes in patients' status.
