RF Research Intern

  • Used VNA (FieldFox) to measure phase, frequency, and magnitude of transmitted signal based on a room's physical characteristics.
  • Will create a stochastic 3D vector field that will model the room's response as well as other rooms, (ones where data has not be collected). This model will hopefully also satisfy Maxwell's equations.
  • Will use that data to aid a team in finding Green's Function for the same room.
  • This work is useful for 5G's dynamic environments, (nomadic base stations and sidelink relaying for example)

  • Auto door is fully integrated with CNC's PLC (Ladder Programming)

  • Developed and testing a quadruple EV Charger. Built to IEC standards, manages power distribution between four vehicles, and will read current draw to 1% uncertainty. (Senior Project)
  • Heterodyne AM Receiver: designed, simulated, and built LNA (Class A), single diode mixer, AB amplifier, Colpitts oscillator, and fourth order op-amp filters. (Semester long class project)
  • Image processing: resolution upping, grayscale conversion, color inversion, in Python, with GUI.
