• Advocated for vulnerable immigration populations who otherwise could not afford legal representation, such as abandoned and neglected children, abuse, crime and trafficking victims, and persons fleeing prosecution.

• Represented the Congressman at official events, serving as a liaison with stakeholders and community members and supported the Congressman during high-level hearings, events, and meetings, ensuring effective preparation, coordination, and follow-up.
• Assisted constituents by providing necessary resources and successfully navigating issues with federal agencies to help resolve constituent concerns.
• Performed essential daily operations of a congressional office, maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness, and managed several cases, concerns, and requests for constituents each day in the office.
• Drafted clear and concise memoranda for legislative staff to support informed decision-making, and conducted legislative and policy research to support ongoing initiatives and constituent inquiries.
• Contributed to the communications team by supporting messaging, outreach efforts, and public engagement activities.
