Responsible for planning and implementing daily lesson plans in all subject areas in my fifth grade classroom. Created assessments for all units of study and sent regular testing results home to parents in addition to report cards. Took into consideration the social, emotional, and physical well-being of all of my students and planned lessons that fostered growth in these areas as well. Communicated regularly with parents through online messages, phone calls home, and parent conferences.

• Reviewed each student's individual strengths and areas of need and created a plan that focused on bringing them up to grade level standards in all subject areas. I planned each lesson specifically for the individual student that I worked with and reviewed assessments regularly to check for understanding.
