I have 2 and a half years of experience as a maintenance technician in different properties. I have my license from the state of Nevada to work as an HVAC technician. I have experience in remodeling apartments including painting, electricity and all necessary maintenance. I also have knowledge of plumbing and repair of appliances such as washing machines and clothes dryers. My first language is Spanish but I communicate well in English. I am currently working on two properties and am looking for a part-time job after 4pm.
