- Organizing and conducting social programs for new international students to bond and socialize
- Keeping in touch with new international students to make sure they are adapting well in a new environment
- Attending frequent office hours and meetings with other Global Ambassadors to generate new ideas for conducting events
- Working at front desk of Hotel Annapurna and managing check-in/out of guests
- Handling reservations made by guests either online or via calls
- Having close and respectful relation with customers and making sure their stay is comfortable
- Keeping record of number of customers staying at hotel
- Creating content for AASH Foundation's social media
- Doing weekly updates of programs/services that were being organized
- Engaging with followers that are interested in working with group
- Managing and keeping track of store's inventory and supply
- Working closely with employees to create welcoming environment for customers
- Frequently checking back stock and expired goods
