Worked collaboratively with leadership and the laboratory to retrain the phlebotomy team to collect blood samples and blood cultures for assessment.   • Implemented a process for blood culture collection, thus decreasing C-diff cases from 5 in 2020 to three in 2021. Partnered with the antibiotic stewardship team to ensure appropriate antibiotic prescribing to decrease cases of C-diff. Implemented and audited for compliance and results.
