Note: I worked for SBSE for a short time in 2019/2020. I mostly pulled reports from the TWC Website for the group, but once COVID 19 came into play, eventually SBSE lost their contract with TWC. At that time, we lost several Administrative Support in TEGE, so they held me back to train other Shared Admin in RCCMS and AIMS. I have helped out with all 8 groups in TEGE.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and case processing support to multiple managers and groups consisting of professional and technical employees remotely and on post-of-duty.
  • Access IDRS command codes and proficient in IDRS/AIMS and RCCMS for maintaining cases in EP Groups.
  • Manage changes in RCCMS and IDRS/AIMS systems to ensure affected employees are notified of updates.
  • Perform monthly Inventory Validation checks resulting in zero-error rates.
  • Interact with employees to ensure proper procedural requirements are followed.
  • Manually and electronically prepare folders, case files, forms, acknowledgements, closing documents.
  • Verify accuracy of taxpayer information against data in IRS Systems.
  • Routinely access IDRS for case research and provide updates to agents.
  • Communicate with the Closing Unit to ensure timely processing of cases.
  • Identify and report issues with RCCMS system and work with personnel to make changes.
  • Developed a Power Point training session for the IAT program.
  • Maintain reports in the Shared Group folders.
  • Monitor reports and material, review outgoing correspondence.
  • Utilize IRS publications and systems for research and documentation.
  • Proficient in SETR program and train new employees.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, EDS, IRM’s/SERP Research and E-Fax.
  • Elevate group procedures and review with manager and agents.
  • Receive telephone calls, faxes, e-fax, visitors into the office.
  • Maintain manuals, newsletters, IRM’s, office records and books.
  • Retrieve and control incoming and outgoing mail and suspense items.
  • Coordinate with agents and the Area Program Assistant to order and maintain supplies.
  • Maintain Group Outlook calendars, emergency contact cards, group phone listings.
  • Great rapport with EP and EO Agents in local and distant POD’s.
  • Arrange group conferences; agenda, minutes, supporting documents.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Prioritize work based on deadlines, date order, frequently using a tickler, files, calendar.
