Raised in French American home in northern Maine. RN degree from Hotel Dieu and St.Mary’s in Nova Scotia Canada. Wrote US RN Nursing Board Exams in Jacksonville Florida with reciprocity in California. Intensive Care nursing at Kendale Hospital in Miami. Fla. Setup and administrated an Intermediate Intensive Care Unit at University Hopsital in Fort Lauderdale Fla. prior to moving to California. Worked in Intensive Care at UCI Med Center and Hoag Hospital in Orange County CA. Acquired Real Estate License and set-up and administrated a Commercial Real Estate office 1992-2015 in Venice/Marina del Rey. President of Marina del Rey Holiday Boat Parade 1999 –2003. Appointed by Supervisor Don Knabe to MdR Beach Commissioner. Served in this capacity from 2003 –2011. Member of California Yacht Club since 1990 –2024. Created and executed a plethora of events at CYC over the years. Served as Womens Association Executive Officer in 2004. Power Fleet Chairman from 2010 – 2013. Initiated Art Club, Book Club, Gourmet Society and Art Auction benefiting Junior Program to name a few. Tech. knowledge of Microsoft 365: Word Excel Outlook Access as well as Quickbooks and Adobe Acrobat.
