Directed a team of 15+ regarding the appropriate placement of walls on individual floors on the most recent building of the University of South Carolina.

In charge of appropriate staffing of floor while including members of the stock room, with a team of around 15. This included seasonal and full time employees. This also included keeping members of the floor staff accountable of certain sales expectations, including multiples (more than one pair of shoes per sale), sock sales, and accessories sales.
