Outstanding Library Media Specialist at Klein ISD with a proven track record in enhancing information literacy and fostering a love for reading through innovative programs. • Earned the campus Support Staff of the Year several years
• Developed with the ELA Literacy Specialist a school-wide Test Taking Strategy
• Implemented small group instruction with the 7th grade ELA team to identify needed TEKS review
• Manage the Name That Book team for the District Competition through book studies and activities

I have been married for 38 years to Jeffrey. My husband has been an educator and professional musician for 25 years. Currently, he is a resident Chaplain at the Woodlands Methodist Hospital.

Our daughter, Rebecca just finished her Doctorate degree and lives in Paris, France with her husband.

I am a member of Grace Presbyterian Church of The Woodlands where we serve on the communion clean up crew, participate in a Community Group and service projects.

In my spare time I love to read, attend concerts, travel and spend time with family and friends.
