Pod Leader/Lead Technician - Managed a small group of technicians (3-4) within a localized area, distributed tickets among technicians to balance their workload, responded to escalations with difficult locates/high profile facilities, assisted with troubleshooting technical issues, managed communication and de-escalation between USIC technicians and contractors.

T3 Certified Trainer - Developmental leader for new-hires across the entire district, performed field training courses lasting several weeks, introduce new-hires to the locate process, company expectations regarding safety/quality, teaching locate theory and fundamentals, effective use of PPE, use of locate equipment and software, managed a class of 1-10 people. Certified to perform in-class training. Certified to perform Nicor Operator Qualifications.

Nesting Leader - Pilot program for training new-hires. Managed a group of 3-5 new-hires, assigned them tickets to work throughout the day, performed field/photo audits on completed tickets, performed JBO (Job Behavior Observation) audits, provided positive feedback and guidance with any questions.
