Create and maintain up- to-date ID notes adhering to guidelines and protocols.
Managed a high volume of clients, ensuring timely and effective service delivery. Developed service plans tailored to individual client such IFSP, Periodic Review, Transition Plan, and FINAL IFSP. Served as a primary point of contact, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring overall satisfaction with services rendered. Generated monthly STATS and kept up to date ID notes adhering to company policies and protocols. Attended all general and unit meetings.
Supervised 25 staff which included Infant Specialist's and Supported Living Skills staff. Managed and coordinated 130+ infant cases, assigned cases accordingly, generated monthly documents for all staff used for documentation of services rendered . Created forms to facilitate tracking and documentation, maintained current census of referrals and updated client rosters. Met with staff on a monthly basis for supervision (or as needed). Interviewed and trained all new staff (administrative, Infant specialist and adults). Provided individual and group training and performed field training with families. Generated monthly services rendered reports for E-Billing and prepared all files for annual RC Quality Assurance .
