Summary:
I oversee the manufacturing and project execution for Delta's Oil and Gas clients globally. My role involves leading a diverse team of professionals in material management, operations, execution planning, and resource planning, as well as overseeing inventory management and shop floor scheduling. I am responsible for annual revenue planning and implementing execution strategies to handle multiple projects concurrently. This includes leading project teams, conducting milestone reviews, and aligning resources while implementing risk mitigation plans. Additionally, I lead the crisis management team and ensure detailed risk mitigation actions are in place. I oversee overall inventory management and warehousing of raw materials and finished products. Monthly, I report on operational performance and conduct GAP analysis. Furthermore, I lead monthly Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) meetings and implement and monitor decisions made in these meetings. Lastly, I serve as a steering committee member for SAP implementation across production, warehouse, PPDS, and projects.
