I oversee the manufacturing and project execution for Delta's Oil and Gas clients globally. My role involves leading a diverse team of professionals in material management, operations, execution planning, and resource planning, as well as overseeing inventory management and shop floor scheduling. I am responsible for annual revenue planning and implementing execution strategies to handle multiple projects concurrently. As a Supply Chain Planning Sr Engineer, Responsible for performing work to achieve corporate planning performance targets focused on Ontime Delivery, Resource Utilization, inventory reduction, increased inventory turns and improved order-to-delivery results. Team Leader for Planning Process, develops the Plan for Every Part/project and Pull Replenishment methods for the facility to meet the targets.
