
My work focuses on developing a translational computational framework that integrates patient‑specific hemodynamic modeling with real‑time ECMO clinical data to support bedside decision‑making. By combining CFD/FSI simulations with high‑resolution ICU pump and sensor inputs, this approach enables prediction of flow distribution, recirculation risk, shear‑induced hemolysis, and cannulation performance under dynamic physiological conditions. The goal is to transform complex biomechanical simulations into actionable clinical insights—providing intensivists with a decision‑support tool that improves cannulation strategy selection, optimizes pump management, and enhances patient safety during ECMO therapy.
