During clinical rotation I was able to work with a variety of patients with different diagnosis such as Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, congestive heart failure and wound care.

Skills were used to adapt to new documentation styles and system within the first week and in addition to effectively communicate well and report and abnormalities promptly to my preceptor or appropriate staff members.
