• I am skilled in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring efficient claim resolution
• The primary purpose of my role is to manage incoming calls, and or chats, production Items (back office or Live work), and handling billing Inquiries and payment resolutions through our computerized system called Q-Bank
• To provide knowledgeable support to State Farm agents by servicing our billing and payment plans
• Currently, we service over 20 million accounts.

I managed heavy claims involving 1st and 3rd party property damage losses. I consulted with up to 20 different insurance companies daily, following process procedures and surpassing company performance ratings/metrics. Whilst achieving these goals I maintained a high level of performance through exceptional service and outstanding communication.
My responsibilities also included verifying insurance and setting up inspection times for adjusters. I was also involved in the smooth, timely processing of catastrophic property claims.

• Responsible for financial analysis for a Fortune 500 hospitality organization, accountable for managing an annual budget of $3M
• Working collaboratively with general managers, regional managers and the vice president of operations to make informed financial decisions for 40 nightclubs, bars, and restaurants across the country.

• Working with buyers, sellers and investors to help with their real estate needs
• Experience completing contracts, calming stressed clients and multitasking.
