As Shift Supervisor and Teacher Assistant, my responsibilities includes the followings:

*Supervise both students/clients and staff members at the residence during the second shift and also serve as Teacher Assistant when I'm working at the school according to the Institution's working policies and the students/clients' daily programs/datas.

*Make sure that the residence is firstly inspected immediately upon my arrival as the shift supervisor to make sure that the residence is prepared in terms of cleanliness and safety before the shift commences.

*Prepared and post daily shift schedules to give staff members a clear idea on how the shift is expected to run.

*Make sure all second shift staff members are immediately assigned to their students/clients according to the daily schedule to release the first shift staff members.

*Make sure staff members are fully working with their students/clients rotationally according to the schedule providing care and safety during the entire shift.

*Make sure dinner is carefully and well prepared with safety and health measures.

*Make sure evening MEDS are given before bed-time.

*Make sure restraint and incident reports are prepared and submitted if there was any during the shift and making sure that all relevant authorities are duly informed.

*Attend monthly staff meetings.

*Make sure students/clients are transported safely to and from regular Van rides with staff members.

*Make sure all daily Chores are completed by staff members which includes laundry, evening showers and cleaning of the entire residence.

*Make sure staff members complete their daily datas at the end of the shift.

*Make sure I prepare and submit my daily shift report at the end of the shift.

As Shift Supervisor & Mental Health Assistant, I supervised both Second and Third Shifts as a full-time employee at the above mentioned institution. Respectively, while serving as Shift Supervisor at my assigned residence and sometimes other residences when called upon, I prioritized loyalty, commitment, passion for the job, good working relationship and coordination, good communication, patience, the Spirit of teamwork and collective achievement.

However, as Shift Supervisor, I was responsible to do the followings:

*Supervised a Shift which comprises of both Students/Clients and Staff Members.

*Make sure all students/clients and staff members are in a safe and caring working environment.

*Make sure staff members are adequately supervised according to the Institution's working policies and including making good judgement without fear, friendship and compromising the safety of students/clients and staff members.

*Make sure regular meals for students/clients (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are carefully prepared with safety and health measures.

*Make sure that students/clients received good and timely hygienic treatment according to their individual programs/datas including, daily self-care/shower, clean bathroom, clean kitchen/all living areas within the residence, an organized bedrooms, a clean and safe environment for outdoor activities with a safe transport of students/clients and staff members from the residence to the school and from the school back to the residence.

*Make sure that staff members are very focused and attentive to their assigned students/clients to prevent insecurity and personal attacks against each other.

*Respecting the rights of all students/clients at all times.

*Monitoring staff members at their assigned areas during the third shift (overnight) to make students/clients are accounted for in their beds sleeping and that staff members are also monitoring.

*Preparing and submitting a well prepared daily report for each shift.
