
An ethical and proficient Mental Health Assistant (MHA) and Shift Supervisor trained to professionally work with students/clients with mental disabilities in a sensitive environment with successful track record of providing good Leadership management and a coordinative working atmosphear for staff members under my guardians and supervision especially creating a working environment full of motivation, commitment to the job, team-work and success for all.
While serving as both Evening and Overnight Supervisor at one of the most difficult residences to work (the Norton Residence) within JRC, considering my heartfelt love and passion for the livelihood of kids and humanity, I prioritized a strong commitment, passion, good working relationship, excellent coordination, good working communication, exhibited unfinished patience, the spirit of teamwork, collective achievement, perpetual loyalty to wherever institution I work with. Henceforth, and again while serving as Supervisor, I was responsible to supervised the entire shift which included students/clients and staff members up to 7-9 persons sometimes per shift. I was responsible to work and provide the followings:
*Provide a safe and caring environment
*Staff members are adequately Supervised according to the institution's working policies without fear, friendship and compromising
*Making sure that clients foods are well prepared with safty and healthy measures
*Making sure that clients received good hygienic treatment including daily self-care, an effiently clean bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and all living areas, highly protected outdoor activities, safe daily transport of clients
*Monitoring each clients to prevent insecurity and personal attacks against each other
*Respecting the rights of all clients at all times
*monitoring each assigned areas at the residence 4 times every 1 hour to make sure that staff members are not sleeping but very vigilent during the Overnight Shift
*Compiling a well and articulative daily report of every shift that was supervised, etc....
