2 week position in which students take on a counseling role for those participating in the program. Employees work around the clock to set up activities, organize areas for events, and ensure a safe environment for participants. Employees escorted their groups to and from scheduled events, classes, and meals to ensure proper monitoring and preformed head counts and number checks in order to ensure all participant presence. Employees rotated duties and ensured proper communication with parents and peers regarding any concerns, information, or issues that occurred during this time.
