Accomplishments

I started a human resources department within Libra Shop. I was responsible for implementing my strategies and organizational skills to facilitate career development, mentoring, and managerial coaching. I created this department from the ground up and was responsible for managing liabilities. I created the department from scratch and implemented all of the functions outlined for the organization.
I have branched out from my career as a human resources officer where I am an entrepreneur who has used created educational platforms to teach and facilitate and is in the development of my own career development platform for my company. This allows me to help educate professionals and of course, it benefits companies that want to keep their workforce up to date with their skills and knowledge.
