Sell tickets and passes for busy ski resort utilizing a customized ccomputer system that tailors tickets, lessons, passes, and rental gear to the individual client. Maintained up-to-date knowledge of new products, services, and policies. Utilized customer service skills to resolve customer complaints in a timely manner. Maintained and balanced a cash drawer daily. This position is seasonal and concurrent with my other employment.

Assisted intellectually disabled individuals with basic life skills to help them integrate into the community. Planned educational and recreational activities. Provided transportation and support for employed individuals as part of our program to promote their independence and personal growth. Supervised activities and assured safety of the individuals. Maintained daily notes on their activities and progress.

Assisted disabled and elderly clients with medical appointments and medication management, personal care, meals, shopping, homemaking, and errands. Advocated for the clients as necessary within the healthcare system.
