Accomplishments

I created a program that pulled students from daily activities (music and art). To provide tutoring during school hours. I added a clause stating, “students must agree to the term without encouragement from parents to ensure motivation was not an issue” Students' testing scores were assessed, and a goal was created. This program lasted 6 weeks, three times per week for 45 minutes. After 6 weeks students were tested to compare their progress. Most students made progress and some plateaued. The key was going back, and teaching standards students did not fully grasp.
