With doing so, I have attended supervisor classes, that help the individual learn the importance of knowing the people you are supervising. I have also served as a Lieutenant for the Emergency Response Team in the plant. While on the team, I have had Hazmat, Medical, and Fire response training. I have a lot of knowledge of 5s and Lean.
