Nyteshia “Ny” Manzanares has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and has been teaching for the last 3. She focuses on Iyengar proper technique and alignment and Yin styles of yoga. She enjoys learning the neuro scientific benefits of training the mind for mindfulness through (MBSR) Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. Her classes emphasize the importance of breath and movement with elements of power yoga and chanting.
