I am a very hard worker, who is very good at adjusting to different situations. I love to learn how to do new things, and figure out how to tweak certain things to make it more efficient. I have a good balance for being able to work alongside people while still doing my job the proper way.
I have a different role in the kitchen then most. Since I have a lot of experience with the job I run the "middle". I send all of the food out and make sure the kitchen is running smoothly. I have full authority to make any adjustments with the crew that I think are necessarily to make the kitchen run smoother. This requires being able to problem solve and think quickly as you do not want to be sending food out late to guests. I am very good at working with people and by myself as those are both needed for different positions in the kitchen.
