Although I feel my biggest achievements are still ahead of me, I am proud of my involvement with this project is for a Logistics and services company provides logistics and transportation services that include door-to-door parcel delivery, freight transportation via its road, rail, marine, and air transportation networks, international intermodal transportation among others. The door-to-door parcel delivery, freight transportation Route are being managed using different applications that don't speak to each other and management wants one integrated system to manage all their door-to-door parcel delivery, freight transportation route.
They contacted us to enhance an already existing custom-built web application so they could deploy across all locations for a centralized management system. The features include one, enhancing the Homepage to enable users to be redirected to every location’s corresponding page. Secondly, The number of goods delivered each day has dramatically increased. Customers have higher expectations including fast, possibly free delivery and service quality. They demand tracking information and real-time updates on the status of their order throughout the shipment and delivery process. The business owners are therefore committed to build an online application which will help their customers to schedule ,pick up and track goods in real-time. Thirdly, to enhance the Home page to include more features which would include, schedule ,pick up and track goods . I am the business analyst on this project and i made my contribution as part of that team of 7 people which are the Scrum Master, Product Owner, BA, 1 ui ux designer, 2 developers,1 QA tester and learned a lot in the process. We all did it with hard work, concentration, and an eye on the bottom line.
I am responsible for eliciting and gathering requirements for the project and by so doing, I meet with the key stakeholders and the product owner to get more insight on the business needs and the requirements
I perform a gap analysis which is an As-is and To-be process flow map that analyzes the process’ current performance and its potential performance and I validate it with the stakeholders and Product owner.
I document a Requirement Management Plan which I publish on confluence. It usually includes the business background, business problems, goals, assumptions, areas of system affected. the Functional and Nonfunctional requirements. Also added to this artefact are visualizations I create by designing mockups of each of the features, swim lanes to show the process flow of each of the features. After this, I further break down the requirements into clear, concise, feasible, testable user stories and acceptance criteria
I populate them in the product backlog to get them ready for the next iteration, so they would meet the definition of ready stage.
I work with the product Owner to refine the product backlog by validating and prioritizing tickets using the Moscow analysis so we can populate the sprint backlog
I participate in the Sprint planning meetings where capacity planning is being done, and I provide clarification during story point estimation
Production has started, sprint is every 2 weeks, and I attend the daily stand-up meetings.
I give clarification to the UI/UX designer and the developer every now and then.
I attend sprint demo after every sprint to show off the new features either built or enhanced to the stakeholders and product owner. They are usually really impressed with our work as we meet every specification.
I also attend sprint retrospective meetings after each iteration to reflect on what we did well, what we need to improve on and what we would adopt from this process.
I provide User’s manual guide to users, and I train some users on how to navigate the new features.
In all, it is a very successful project as the stakeholders are very happy with the outcome, and they testify that they attract more customers to their business with each release.

Soccer is played on a large grass field with a goal at each end. The object of the game is to get the soccer ball into the opposing team's goal. The key to soccer is that, with the exception of the goalie, players cannot touch the ball with their hands or arms, they can only kick, knee, chest, or head the ball to advance it or score a goal
