During the COVID-19 pandemic outbreaks, I was reassigned in Respiratory outpatient clinic during the Pandemic for one year from March 2020 to May 2021. Duties: working closely with patient's with respiratory symptoms,, triaged, report to providers; patients with low oxygen, SOB, high temp, sore throat, Identify and gather the proper PPE to don, Perform hand hygiene using hand sanitizer, Put on isolation gown, assistance my be needed by other healthcare personnel, put on approved N95 facepiece or goggle, collected test sample for COVID-19, followed other measures, verify orders, print labels, transport patients, specimens to the lab, answer phone calls.
Just recently on March 14, 2021, I am reassigned back to outpatient clinic as a float technician, I started out in Specialty Clinic, triaging patient for surgery clinic, kidney clinic, fracture clinic appointments, mail letters, interpret, for health care providers, I also have a new supervisor.

I provide mask fits for employees and update employee immunizations, updates for mandatories are done by Nurse Educator and Health tech, when mask fits and ppd are updated. Employee health clinics are on Tuesday and Thursday mornings in Urgent Care clinic on Tuesday and Thursday Mornings from 8:15: am - 11:15 am 11:30 am. Attended in service and meetings. Greet patients and family members, clean restock rooms, wipe equipments, recorded immunizations and print immunization records for employee's. Other duties assigned.
