Manage four CABCoFA buildings: Campus, Woodshop (Sculpture Studio), Warehouse (N.W.), and Oddfellows. This role requires 24/7 on-call availability. Support the Office of Planning & Real Estate Development in renovating CABCoFA by coordinating with the Deputy Director, contractors, Deans Office, and Department Chairs to manage department relocations and project implementation. Maintain daily communication with contractors on site visits and schedule updates. Assist the Deputy Director and Contract Project Manager with all renovation tasks, and oversee departmental returns through inspections. Ensuring that buildings and their systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security) operate correctly and efficiently, including scheduling regular maintenance and repairs. Space Management and Planning: Maximise space use to satisfy departmental requirements. Enforce health and safety standards, comply with regulations, and oversee emergency readiness. Managing contracts and vendor relationships for services such as cleaning, security, landscaping, roof replacement, and the renovation of classrooms, suites, and offices. Communicate facility issues and projects with senior management, staff, students, and other stakeholders.
