  • Developed YETT Advocacy Toolkit Training Manual that tackles Youth Development issues through Advocacy campaigns in Zimbabwe
  • Developed a reliable system for tracking and evaluating program results, which resulted in a data-driven strategy for ongoing improvement and a 25% rise in demonstrably favorable outcomes for young people trained through our initiatives, including community education on peace theatre outreaches, annual plays, workshop instruction, and a school mentoring program.
  • Developed partnerships with nonprofit organizations and private institutions, increasing the resources available by 30% and expanding the possibilities for program implementations between these partners such as the Kamukunji Community-Based Network, the Komarock Community Development Network, the Umma Community-Based Organization, Kaplet, the KISWCD, the ILO, the KIVA, the YAK, etc.
  • Through the REIN project (Refugee Empowerment Initiative), trained over three hundred refugees to start income-generating activities and socially integrate with the host community through community awareness forums and advocacy.
