• Contribution to the development of home furniture projects such as: Wood-made organizator, metallic hinges for sofas (stamped parts), bed box (wood), metallic chair with wood and plastic parts.
• Application of Reverse Engineering & R+D for the design and development of heat exchangers (radiators, condensers and heaters) for OEM customers.
• Design collaboration for OEM clients with a focus on manufacturing process improvements.
• Perform DFM analysis for OEM products.
• Design and CNC Manufacturing of Checking Fixtures for assembly lines.
• Drafting applying GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) according to ASME Y14.5:2018.
• Drawings reviewer / approver according to ISO, ASME, ANSI standards.
• Developer of tooling suppliers (Injection Molds, Stamping Dies and Checking Fixtures) globally.
• Review and development of plastic injection molds and progressive stamping dies for metal parts.
• Specialist on Plastic Injection Molding and Progressive Stamping Dies processes.
• Management of: Bill of Materials (BOM), Technical Drawings (2D), OEM Specifications, Quality Management System (QMS).
• Elaboration of Raw Material Specifications for products made of: Aluminum, Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel.
• Internal Auditor (according to IATF 16949:2016) of all Productive Processes.
• Contribution to the continual improvement of: Tube bending, radiator manufacturing, injection molding, stamping.
• Knowledge of global standards such as VDA, ISO, ASTM, ASME, SAE, ANSI, JIS, DIN, EN & GB.
• Coordinate and manage PV & DV Testing’s to OEM products.

• In charge of 2 production lines (4 operators).
• Release/approval of process to start mass production.
• Systematic Sampling inspection of production parts at beginning, mid and end of the shift.

• Installation of production line for GTAW welding processes and VAT (Vacuum Air Test) leak testing for aluminum pipe assemblies
• Responsible for on-duty staff and maintenance activities
• Maintenance of the machinery of the entire industrial plant such as: Plastic injection machines (1000 TON), tube benders, tube expanders, tube formers, tube straighteners and cutters, radiator assembly devices, radiator center forming machines (fin mill), tube rolling machines (tube mill).
