Concierge-I delivered professional customer service to all the guest and residents. Which consisted of event planning, suggestions for restaurants or activities around the area, maintenance requests through BuildingLink to accommodate any fixtures the units needed upon resident request. gave keys to the residents whenever needed through the KeyLink system to verify them. ID'd all the guest that were going upstairs if they did not have PTE on BuildingLink and called the residents to get approval on sending them upstairs.

Doorman-At the door I provided security and surveilienced any activity by the building. Greeted all guest and residents which entered and left. helped the residents and guest put luggage inside of cars or help them bring groceries in if the bags were to heavy to carry. Swept the lobby and vacuumed my post.
