Progressive Certified Care Nurse certification provided me with additional tools to effectively care for patients in a stepdown environment. I am very astute in identifying subtle clinical changes and respond promptly when those changes occur. As a result of my ACLS certification, I am equipped to provide emergent advanced cardiac life support pending the arrival of the Code team. This helps to minimize adverse patient outcome which helps to increase the realization of positive patient outcome, and positive patient experience.
