Monitoring, analyzing and interpreting EKG Data

Taking incoming outside calls and resolving the communications appropriately.
Creating various job requests and following up on their resolutions.
Keeping track of patients record in the computer system, including patients' registration, initial billing and discharge records.
• Managing hiring cycle ( all related operations: posting positions, scheduling
interviews, background checks and licenses verifications, distribution of
educational materials and company's policies and procedures.)
• Providing new hires orientation
• Maintaining employees personal and medical records
• Managing reports and databases( vacation and time off records)

• Assisting with performance appraisals, training and disciplinary documentation
