I performed residents' evaluations and administered treatments as necessary and required in accordance with the evaluation outcomes with focus on individual's goals and needs.

My role as a physical therapist entails some of the following:

• Examined patients to assess functional limitations and developed a treatment plan.
• Performed manual therapy techniques, such as massage, stretching, mobilization and manipulation and soft tissue mobilization.
• Monitored patient progress and modified treatment plans accordingly.
• Assisted patients with activities of daily living, such as ambulation and transfers.
