Summary

Postdoctoral Fellow with 4+ years in fellowship at Harvard University, Cambridge and Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta. Organized with research focused on bioinformatics approaches including LC-MS-based untargeted metabolomics and transcriptomics, characterization of isolated compounds, and structure-activity relationship studies amongst others. Presentations educating students, peers and superiors on research analysis. Published research findings through peer-reviewed articles and analyzed results tailoring to potential future applications. Gaining deeper insights into the workings of human biology constitutes a core motivation for me. Most recently, I have experience applying artificial intelligence to varied workflows.

Work History

Postdoctoral Fellow

Harvard University
06.2022 - Current
  • I utilize untargeted metabolomics followed by functional genetic approaches to interrogate the molecular mechanisms, particularly genetic mechanisms, underlying the reproductive and developmental phenotypes; and evolutionary interactions of fruit flies (Drosophilids) with their environment.
  • I use machine learning to select important biomarkers for adequate interpretation.
  • I integrate metabolomics with genomics and transcriptomics strategies to decipher molecular phenotypes.
