• Successfully was able to reduce the injury rate of an ER risk site through employee engagement, earing trust, ergonomic audits thereby reducing the incident rate from 13.2% to 3.2% and also dropping the Safety Leadership index of the site with a 5% favorable reduction.

• Successfully guided and supported over 50 incoming biology students, fostering their interest in science through experiments, office hours, and extra evening classes.

• Assisted students struggling with coursework, aiding in their development and potential emergence as future scientific pioneers.

• Notably influenced one of my student deepening their interest in science, who is now researching antibodies as biomarkers for atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome (aHUS).

• Achieved the highest success rate among peers in tutoring biology, with an exceptional 95% success rate, reflecting dedication and outstanding performance in classroom and laboratory settings.
