Serves as the Operations NCO in a 116 bed Field Hospital, comprised of a Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment, Hospital ICW Detachment and one Hospital Surgical Detachment.

• Plans and coordinates medical resources to provide treatment of wounded, injured, or sick personnel involving return to duty or evacuation from the hospital's are of operations.
