Supported 1,057 K-12 and college level students in improving their writing mechanics, English language mastery, and organized communication by offering encouraging and practical question-based feedback in key domains of writing: technical, creative, academic, argumentative, conversational, and vocational.

From the beta test and subsequent launch of Paper's Generative AI tool in November of 2023, actively deployed, tested, and reviewed the custom GPT-4 powered model tailored to our core pedagogical framework.

On a daily basis, evaluated the AI tutor's feedback to students, chose optimal responses, rejected inaccurate information, and assessed domain-specific concepts in the liberal arts in application to students' tasks.

Engaged in continuous problem-solving in a fast-paced working environment while effectively addressing students' questions of interests by inquiring and assisting, rather than stating the answer outright.

• As a French teacher, individually prepared and held weekly classes in four diverse age groups with students from two to seven years of age.
• Designed original year-long French language programs for each group aimed at nurturing their specific strengths, interests, and effective learning approaches: visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and writing.
• Presented and engaged with the weekly material in English, Russian, and French languages, swiftly adapting to every student in the group.
• Acquired expertise in the early childhood education sphere, linking real-life situations at preschool to sociological, anthropological and psychological theories, themes and concepts learned in concurrent Honors-level social science courses at Los Angeles Pierce College.
• Received recognition and commendation from the principal and students' parents for effective organization, attention to detail, and personal growth.

• On a weekly basis, assisted children's books writers in proofreading and editing structure, word choice, literary devices, and target audience.
• Provided thorough beta reading services which involved extensive feedback to a wide range of writing, including essays, short stories, poems, blog posts, and product descriptions.
• Developed constructive time management skills while working under strict submission deadlines.
• Maintained a history of mutually-successful client relations and developed effective professional communication skills.
