Leading and overseeing the operations and performance of the assigned regional division. Responsibilities:

• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and completely as specified
• Receive and store incoming Stock Replenishment shipments within 24 hours
• Maintain stock locations in the company inventory system: BPCS
• Bill all shipments on a daily basis
• Load and unload freight, both inbound and outbound trucks using a forklift
• Print sales orders on a routine and timely basis throughout the day
• Track incoming orders and deliver them in a timely manner to the Service Department
• Ensure the warehouse environment is maintained in a clean, organized, and safe manner following established 5S guidelines
• Support and aid in the development of store continuous improvement efforts
• Perform minor building maintenance, as needed
• Participate in Physical Inventory Counts, as needed
• Participate in company training as required
• Work on special projects as needed and directed by the Aftermarket and Customer Service Manager

Overseeing the operational and financial aspects of the company's foreign trade transactions. Responsible for managing financial documentation, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, and facilitating effective foreign exchange transactions. Contribute to the efficient execution of company's import and export activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the operational and analytical financial records for foreign trade transactions.
• Organize and oversee operational foreign economic agreements and transactions, including accurate foreign currency settlements.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure the smooth execution of import and export operations, including coordination of shipping and logistics.
• Handle bank documentation related to foreign transactions, ensuring compliance with currency and foreign account regulations.
• Perform accounting entries and financial record-keeping for export-import operations.
• Monitor and manage currency accounts, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports related to foreign economic activities.
• Work closely with the financial team to calculate costs for payment orders based on contract terms and specifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with foreign trade regulations, including import and export laws and regulations.
• Participate in financial planning and forecasting related to foreign economic activities.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in foreign exchange rates and financial regulations that could impact foreign trade transactions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes related to foreign trade.
