Responsible for the management and quality control of production facilities (concrete plant and soil plant) and Laboratory in the Mariel Integral Development Project with the following scope: 700 m of container terminal, 12.4 km of railway line construction, and 54 hectares of logistics activities area.

Improved the quality control process by establishing sampling plans for production and raw materials, databases for processing and analyzing production-related information, daily control checklists, staff training, work documentation, and redesigning process flows to optimize work times. Improved the quality of the concrete and soil, and reduced expenses related to quality and raw material consumption
